After the recent announcement of Transatel as a partner for our new FMC product, it is with delight that we announce Centile, one of Europe’s leading providers of Cloud PBX, as its main unified communications (UC) vendor. This will allow us to deliver innovative voice, collaboration and communication solutions to its UK direct and re-seller base.
Why we chose Centile?
“We chose Centile Telecom Applications because of its broad existing European base and pedigree. They also have ongoing technology and app development, plenty of experience and API flexibility. This enables simple and native mobility coupled with call centre support and application integration. Plus, they have a great work ethic, focused on long-term relationships and true strategic alliances. Centile was an easy choice.”
Darren Lake, CEO and Founder of PCS
Pure Cloud Solutions is adding Centile’s ISTRA platform to its existing voice, mobility, data and application integration solutions. This is designed as a one-stop-shop that includes billing, professional services, CRM, FMC, hosted services, network design, delivery and other services.
What is ISTRA?
ISTRA delivers a comprehensive range of PBX features including call transfer and call screening, supervised conference, voicemail to email, boss/secretary filtering and call restriction. Other features include groups management, auto attendant, Interactive Voice Responses (IVRs), automatic call distribution (ACD).
The solution allows you to benefit from FMC and UC features. This includes; Call Line Identity for both fixed and mobile outgoing calls, convergent voicemail, mobile phone status and convergent calls history. The solution also offers self-care for both fixed and mobile lines as well as fixed-mobile voice call continuity. You can even change your presence, use it for instant messaging and video conferencing with screen/file sharing.
What does this mean for our clients?
Because of this, we have now launched Voice Everywhere, based on Centile’s mobile app. Clients will now benefit from innovative end-to-end cloud-based communications services that combine advanced features with attractive margins and easy adoption. This will be adopted on the EE network via Transatel to enable native fixed mobile convergence alongside the Centile ISTRA platform.
“PCS is exactly the kind of Cloud Service Provider we want to work with, as part of our UK expansion strategy. PCS understand that re-sellers want to offer advanced fixed mobile convergence and unified communications services, with hosted cloud-based services so they don’t have to invest in their own technology infrastructure or development.”
