When we first became partners, their telephony system was out-date. This meant they found it hard to stay connected with their fans.The Blues turned to us for a quick and effective solution that would last. As new technology has emerged, we’ve made sure The Blues are always ahead of the game. We offer them simplicity via one supplier that fully understands their needs.

It all began in 1993 …

We installed the latest telephone system at the time to both the stadium and training ground. This introduced technology like auto attendant, call queuing and desk to desk dialling between the 2 sites. Since then, we have developed a strategic partnership with the club, providing them with advice and solutions around “best practice” in the sector.

Get ahead – stay ahead

As technology has advanced, we’ve made sure the Blues have benefited from more features for less. We have helped the club to move their site communications to the cloud. This allows for better system management and this has given them efficient functionality. And because of the enhanced tech like instant messaging, mobile integration and agent call handling, the Blues are better equipped to handle the busy day to day of a football club.

Say goodbye to high costs

We’ve recently installed the CISCO Meraki network infrastructure across the two sites which is fully managed via the cloud. In doing this, we removed a lot of the external hardware which saves The Blues on their technology costs. Not only this, but with new features like call recording, BCFC can manage their employees and their time with ease. Having one supplier means all this is possible quickly and with ease.

So what’s next?

The new infrastructure means more possibilities! We are hoping to install high density WiFi to provide better connection for both staff and fans for the ultimate football experience.  As well as this, the emergence of Fixed to Mobile Convergence (FMC), means BCFC staff will have more mobility and flexibility than ever before whilst saving them even more money! With one supplier, the possibilities are endless!
