We're Pure Cloud Solutions — an IT and communications provider that's been keeping businesses running since 1990. That's long enough to have owned a pager, survived Y2K, and watched "the cloud" go from a vague concept to the thing everyone's business now depends on.
We don't do cookie-cutter solutions with a reassuring smile and a three-year contract you'll regret by month four. Our Journey
We didn’t get here overnight. From selling telephone systems in 1990 to managing complex IT estates in 2026, we’ve grown, adapted, and learned a lot along the way. Here are the milestones that shaped Pure Cloud into what it is today.
IT ALL BEGAN
CS Communication Services Ltd was founded. PABX telephone systems and structured cabling were the name of the game. Mobile phones were the size of bricks, the internet was something academics used, and nobody had heard the phrase “have you tried turning it off and on again?” yet.
SEAL OF APPROVAL
We earned our first significant stamp of credibility — gaining BSI certification for installing and maintaining digital telephone systems, and becoming approved maintainers of SDX telephone systems. An early signal that quality was going to be a non-negotiable.
SMALL BUT MIGHTY
The team tripled in size — all the way to three people. A meaningful step for a small business, and the beginning of the close-knit culture that still drives us today.
LEVELING UP
We became approved maintainers of SDX INDeX telephone systems — another step in demonstrating the depth of expertise our clients could rely on.
WIRED FOR SUCCESS
We became accredited installers of Excel data cabling systems, adding structured data connectivity to our growing list of capabilities.
ANOTHER STRING TO OUR BOW
Toshiba telephone systems joined the portfolio as we became approved maintainers — giving clients more choice and more confidence in who they were working with.
ROOM TO GROW
With the team now seven strong, we moved into a larger office in Sutton Coldfield. More space, more people, more ambition.
BIGGER AND BETTER
Another move, this time to Burntwood, as the team grew to twelve. The business was expanding and the infrastructure needed to keep pace with it.
PCS TAKEOFF
Pure Cloud Solutions Ltd was born. With a new name and a clear direction, we moved firmly into cloud-based technology — helping businesses work smarter, faster, and from wherever their people happened to be.
FINDING OUR VOICE
We launched Voice Anywhere — our own hosted communications platform — into the UK market, and became approved partners of Cisco and Meraki. A significant year for the business and for the clients we were now able to serve.
BREACHING OUT
Our first international client. We also secured BT WLR accreditation and became RIPE and ICO registered — the kind of credentials that matter when you’re growing into new territory.
THE BIG MOVE
With the team passing twenty, we needed more room. We set up in our Tamworth HQ — the home we’re still in today — and added EE, O2, and Vodafone to our partner roster to ensure our clients had the network options they needed.
BREAKING NEW GROUND
We launched UCA — our own unified communications platform — and became the UK’s first MVNO to launch Fixed to Mobile Convergence on EE. We also became a Sophos accredited partner, rounding out a landmark year.
COME ON BOARD
We welcomed Network Innovations and BDP into the Pure Cloud family, broadening the team and the expertise we could offer. Cyber Essentials Plus accreditation followed — because growth and security go hand in hand.
30 & THRIVING
Three decades of keeping businesses connected, secure, and supported. Still going strong, and very much just getting warmed up.
LOCKED DOWN TIGHT
We secured BSI ISO 27001 accreditation — the gold standard in information security management. Our clients’ data is in the right hands.
FROM ESSENTIAL TO EXPERT
We became Cyber Essentials Assessor certified. We don’t just meet the standard — we help other businesses achieve it too.
35 & STILL FULL OF SURPRISES
We celebrated our 35th year and added Wildix and xhoppers to our partnership portfolio — bringing Salesforce-integrated telephony and retail-specific headset solutions to clients. Three and a half decades in, and we’re still finding new ways to be useful.

The Big Goal
Using football to tackle youth homelessness and empower young people across the UK.
We proudly support The Big Goal, an initiative led by the Street Soccer Foundation that uses football to drive personal development and social change. The programme helps vulnerable young people access the Street Soccer Academy, a free 12-week course combining football coaching with mindset training, employability workshops, and pastoral support.
By sponsoring Academy places and taking part in the UK’s largest corporate 5-a-side tournament, we help young people gain confidence, skills, and opportunities to move into education, training, or work. Our support gives them the tools and encouragement to build brighter futures while uniting businesses around a shared mission for lasting impact.
Claire's Battle
Support to Claire’s Battle through a dedicated fundraising event to raise awareness of Krukenberg Tumours.
We contributed to Claire’s Battle, created in memory of Claire Keelagher, by taking part in a special fundraising effort to help raise awareness of Krukenberg Tumours and support those affected by this rare and aggressive cancer. Claire sadly passed away in 2024, just six months after her diagnosis, inspiring a mission to help others recognise symptoms sooner and encourage faster medical action.
Our involvement in events such as the Three Peaks Challenge helped honour Claire’s legacy and turn her courage into meaningful action for greater research, awareness, and understanding.
Little Sofia
Funds for essential therapies and medical support so children like Sofia can live more independently and reach their full potential.
We were proud to support Little Sofia, a cause helping children with complex medical and developmental needs access the specialist care and therapies they deserve. Sofia’s journey represents the resilience of so many children who rely on consistent, high-quality support to improve mobility, communication, and quality of life.
Helping fund physiotherapy, orthotics, and specialist treatments means Sofia and others like her can continue progressing and building independence. Contributions like these help ease the burden on families and make sure that no child goes without the vital support they need.
LGGF & LGGF Pink Ball
Support to the LGGF and the Pink Ball event, bringing people together and raising funds for individuals and projects that make a difference locally.
We proudly backed the LGGF & LGGF Pink Ball, a long-standing community event that unites people through charity, friendship, and fun. The annual gatherings raise money for individuals and small projects in need of extra help; it’s a great event that creates a strong sense of togetherness and purpose.
Pure Cloud sponsored, attended, and helped promote the event. Every ticket sold and every donation made helped fund life-changing initiatives and gave local people a chance to embrace community spirit.
Anne Marie Purslow
Assisted the Anne Marie Purslow initiative by funding medical and emotional support for families facing serious health challenges.
We proudly contributed to the Anne Marie Purslow initiative, which raised awareness and financial support for individuals facing serious medical conditions and the difficult realities that come with them. Anne Marie’s story shines a light on the strength of families coping with illness and the importance of community in times of hardship.
Our support helped reduce the financial strain that medical treatments often bring, giving families more stability and peace of mind. Compassion and community action can make a meaningful impact when it’s needed most, and we loved being a part of this initiative.
Helping Harrison
We supported Helping Harrison to provide therapies, equipment, and care that help him live with greater comfort and independence.
Helping Harrison is a campaign dedicated to improving the life of a young boy living with severe cerebral palsy following a birth injury. This initiative helped raise funds for vital therapies, home adaptations, and equipment that help him live a fuller, more independent life.
Our involvement helped Harrison and his family access the long-term care, rehabilitation, and resources needed to give him the best possible quality of life.
Tamworth Nursery
Funded improvements to Tamworth Nursery to boost early education and create inspiring spaces for local children.
We supported Tamworth Nursery, a local early years setting that plays a crucial role in giving young children the strongest possible start in life. Our involvement helped improve classroom resources, facilities, and outdoor spaces so children could learn and play in a stimulating, safe environment.
By investing in early education, we helped local families get access to nurturing, high-quality childcare that sets the foundation for lifelong learning. It was a great way to give back to the next generation within our own community.
Sharon Fox Cancer Centre
Helped sustain the Sharon Fox Cancer Centre, a space for local people to receive practical, emotional, and compassionate support.
We proudly supported the Sharon Fox Cancer Centre in Tamworth, a lifeline for people affected by cancer across the region. The centre offers complementary therapies, dietary guidance, wig fitting, and day-to-day help such as cleaning and gardening (all designed to ease the strain on patients and their families).
Our contributions helped sustain and expand the centre’s vital services, providing comfort, care, and dignity for those navigating some of life’s hardest moments
Matterhorn charity challenge
Looking ahead
In one of our most ambitious initiatives yet, the Pure Cloud team took on the challenge of climbing the Matterhorn (one of Europe’s most demanding peaks!) to raise funds for people and families in need. After months of preparation and training, our team faced extreme conditions, endurance tests, and physical limits in the name of charity.
The climb was an amazing achievement, pushing us beyond comfort zones, strengthening our teamwork, and helpin us raise thousands of pounds for vulnerable individuals and causes close to our hearts. When we work together and support each other, there’s no mountain we can’t climb!
